Marcus is a gaming industry leader with over two decades of experience covering multiple roles in game development for games across console, PC, and mobile. He has led teams, studios, and platform facing initiatives, shaping how games are built, tested, and ultimately launched. Working previously at studios such as EA, Xbox Game Studios and Unity.
As Head of Publishing, Marcus leads Dlala’s publishing strategy and execution, acting as the connective thread across the studio. He brings together development, QA, marketing, and platform partners to drive confident releases, align creative ambition with real-world delivery, and ensure Dlala’s games show up in the world with clarity, impact, and intent.
